The Human Resources Department is responsible for maintaining the various benefit programs available to all of the employees of the District. The Benefits Coordinator will manage these programs that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, long-term disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, medical and dependent care, retiree benefits and COBRA.
In addition, the Benefits Coordinator will conduct intake sessions with new employees and exit interviews with individuals leaving the employment of the district. The Human Resource Department will ensure all proper district state and federal paperwork is distributed and reviewed with the employee and returned within the required time period.
