Our VisionThe KCSD Technology Department and its Help Desk are the first point of contact for employees of the Kennett Consolidated School District. Staff members will provide support by leveraging technology, expert knowledge, teamwork, professionalism and the commitment to excellence.
The I.T. Help Desk is to provide all users (Administrators, faculty, staff and students) with a single, helpful, first point of contact with the Information Technology Department. The I.T. Help Desk will provide access, navigational and technical support services to the user community over the telephone and via email. The Help Desk covers a wide variety of activities including:
