The District provides a program of confidential consultation and referral to assist employees with personal problems that may or may not affect their work or well being. Since an employee’s performance may also be affected when a family member has a personal problem, the same offer of assistance is extended to the employee's immediate family. This service is provided by Human Management Services and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The toll free hotline number is 1-800-343-2186.
